If I could give no star or half star I would but it is set up to give at least 1 star. This company sucks your customer service reps are rude as hell I have been without my internet for 3 weeks now no one knows the problem to dates booked where a tech was to come out to fix it which was a no show no call both times I would never refer this company to anyone.

Just received 2 bills in one week for 7 weeks of internet. Was a customer with Citywide for 20 years, now I'm a new customer. Customer service with Altima not very helpful. Time to start looking elsewhere for another internet company, perhaps Purple Cow

I’ve had this internet for a while and had no issues until the past few months. We go days without internet, so finally I call. (I’ve seen Roger’s lines were down so not to flood the lines I waited) The WORST customer service.. they say things so fast and unclear that you’re questioning what was said and don’t even give you a chance to answer.
