If I could give no star or half star I would but it is set up to give at least 1 star. This company sucks your customer service reps are rude as hell I have been without my internet for 3 weeks now no one knows the problem to dates booked where a tech was to come out to fix it which was a no show no call both times I would never refer this company to anyone.

I was formerly with citywide for almost a decade before Altima bought them out. I always paid above and beyond my bill throughout the year to save so that I have no bills in December for Christmas for my kids. Surprisingly I wasn't notified that I should be paying to a new account number so I continued paying to the citywide account. I realized the companies had changed so I called and got the rig

My service was sold out to this place. From the start, they took 2 payments, few days later refunded one, and same day they transacted Telus. Had to cancel credit card. Harassed for payment daily, because they never took the time to properly research my concerns. Technically, worst service ever. Used more data on my phone than ever before and TV kept buffering, when it finally came on. Very very slow. Same service was transferred from previous company.
