Suffered an outage, took 32 hours for them to repair, messing up 2 days of work. ~4 updates over the whole time, only on their twitter, and it took them 8 hours to put up the first notice that they were having issues. Had numerous slowdowns and outright drops for a month before the outage too. I am paying for 75 MB/s, but only once for a moment have I ever seen it even reach 15. At present, a spee
