"Outage Messes Up Work Days"

Suffered an outage, took 32 hours for them to repair, messing up 2 days of work. ~4 updates over the whole time, only on their twitter, and it took them 8 hours to put up the first notice that they were having issues. Had numerous slowdowns and outright drops for a month before the outage too. I am paying for 75 MB/s, but only once for a moment have I ever seen it even reach 15. At present, a speedtest returns 1.8 mb/s. On the more minor side, I was double charged when I first got set up and had got get support to reverse the transaction and wait several days before it was rectified. Cannot recommend.

"Poor Customer Service Experience"

Waiting on hold for 2 hours being caller number 1 in line to pay my bill is very poor customer service.
