Gave Fizz a try. Wasn't happy after the month so I thought that would be it. Looked at my credit card and they have already charged for next month! WTF I haven't agreed to another charge on this pay as you go service!! NO customer service phone #available. Online online chat only. Found hidden cancellation on app. We'll see if they refund the fraudulent charge! NOT recommended!

Had Fizz for about a week then it stopped working, had to send several complaints, no appointment was ever made and nobday came to fix the issue. Modem stopped working and they never came to fix/replace it, just gave me 'promises' that they would come to fix the issue, which they never showed up to do. Just a scam.

The network performance is better than other providers. Installation was quick and easy. The price is incredible. Very satisfied!
