Good price but no stability, I pay for 400, I can roll up to 436 but too often I don't exceed 70, even at 30 cm from the tower and tested with several sites, even that of Fizz and as much with different devices (Lap top, cell phones) one after the other, not at the same time! On this side, I am disappointed!

Very satisfied with Fizz Internet. Good value for money, stable speed, and no unpleasant surprises on the bill. Installation was simple and the online service is convenient.

Unbelievable!There is no tel nbr for direct service.The people replying are most likely working from home, between feeding their cat and TRYING to offer a solution...which they can't.If a customer has a problem, it's most likely the customer's fault! Right???Coverage in GTA is horrible. Especially if you are contacting others using another service.Doesn't this sorry excuse for a company understand

I switched my home internet to Fizz several weeks ago and now wish I did so earlier. The pricing is excellent and switching was easy. I ordered online, received the modem a couple of days later then was able to activate it exactly when I was ready.I set up Fizz's modem as a pass through so I can continue to use my own router.I'm now getting a considerably faster speed than before for less money. T

Accessibility to the T911 service needs to be improved.

I'm very satisfied with my experience with Fizz so far. Activating my line was quick and easy, the network is reliable, and the prices are very competitive. From the internet service order to activation and use, everything has been excellent. I’ve never seen anything go so smoothly. In addition to the perks and the price reduction that I was able to adjust myself by changing the plan, there's also the customer service, which is available 24/7. I’m very impressed.

Using fizz from last 5 years and its excellent. No issues so far. Its cheap and reliable. A dedicated customer support would have been nice but the chat option is quick and easy. I recommend.Use GHAYD code for $35 discount.

When the service works, nothing to say. The number 1 problem is its reliability ... about once a month you have to reboot the module/router ... when you're in the middle of a movie it's frustrating
