Management needs retraining in customer service

Ender a manager has the worst customer service skills ever. I was having issues with Telus and koodo around my phone not working properly and paying the bill online ( as their payment system keeps giving me error messages). Cheap quality carrier

In essence you get worse network/internet speed than Freedom mobile at prices similar to Fido. Unfortunately I got trapped into a 2 year contract with them.

Refund Refusal at New Westminster Store

I was at your new westminster store .They were not able to complete the new phone install after I paid for it.I asked for my returned phone back and asked for a refund on charges. They refused to give my old phone back and they refused to provide a refund. It's always complicated with Telus. To transfer users to a new account, we had to spend 50 minutes in the store (we were the first three people there). So, 50 minutes just to transfer users in person. We then had to call Telus again (because the transaction wasn't completed) to reactivate the users (choose an authorized or pre-authorized payment method) and another 30 minutes on the phone to transfer a user (who is studying remotely and has chosen a different company). Poor service

A dreadful experience, I do not recommend it. I've been a customer for two years but I'm really disappointed. I want to cancel the service, but they're claiming a penalty for a mistake they made.
