Fibre is Good

Start's fibre networks is one of the best options available. Symmetric speeds are a nice touch. I work from home, don't is good knowing that video called will be stable. Pricing is decent. It would have been good if they remained an independent provider, but they were recently sold to Telus.

No need to call them often, but when indid they were great tomdeal with. Not like the other telcos

Cannot reach start

My internet connection is unstable and its been over 3 months of calling non stop to trying and reach someone so I can fix it. This is incredible frustrating and will be canceling and find a new provider asap

Abysmal customer support

Since being acquired by Telus, their customer support has become abysmal. Worse than Bell and Rogers.
