Don't do business with them!! Real crooks!!! They asked me to return the equipment to the branch and pay for the internet use. And now according to them I never returned the equipment and I owe them a bill of $700!!!!!! Like sorry I paid for the internet use and returned the equipment.. crooks!!!!!! Don't be fooled!!!!

Lack of transparency. Unable to get my router's admin log. They direct you to their site rather than just giving you the admin name and password to manage your router. For me the 192.168.... is the basis of my right to the security of my data.
