Fido's disappointment after 10 years.

After 10 years with Fido... My basic plan increased by $5, and communication with the new manager was poor (I have his name upon request). The network is mediocre. If you want basic service, I switched to No Name Mobile and I'm extremely satisfied—100% quality/service/price. They have the Bell network, and wow, it's fantastic—the best for me.

Refund that never arrived

Since December 2025, I've called five times to request a refund for a $165.00 payment I mistakenly made to an old Fido account I had several years ago. Each time, I had to repeat the same story and explain that I'd moved so they could send the refund to my current address. I'm extremely frustrated and feel like my hard-earned money has been stolen. Customer service

As the other comments suggest as well, the customer service is just terrible. Note for all companies, cheeping out, via installation of these AI customer support will lose customers. I despise dealing with this second rate AI help. Give me a real person to speak with. Period.

My family went to Thailand for 2 weeks and bought a pocket wifi at the airport so we wouldn’t get charged roaming.
