We changed internet provider to get a better network. We went from Cogeco to Distributel. We had to change modems because we weren't getting the network we were paying for, which was 1000 megabits, we were getting between 10 and 35 megabits. So they sent us a new modem, which we received in 3 business days. We were told when the modem would arrive, just plug it in and everything would work. We rec
