Why do you not a zero star option?After 2 years of trying to get our service to be stable, I was told that there is no internet service for my house, there is no cable connection option either eventhough they suggested to go that route to improve my service. After 20 hours on the phone with support staff my landline can not receive incoming calls nor voicemails. It took 6 hours of phone calls to get my internet & TV working.This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 75 years.
