I've been with B2B2C for nearly 25 years and aside from the long and frequent email outages of 2024 and a few in 2025, their service and reliability has been excellent. They were (or are, I dunno) merging with Ebox, whic is a Bell (BCE) company and frankly, Ebox has very mixed reviews since the acquisition so I'm very hesitant to continue on and transfer to them. I have been with the provider for many years. I have not had any frustrating problems except for a few outages from time to time (impossible to escape). The reception, the price, the basic speed and support and the simplicity of the billing have kept me loyal.
