An absolutely terrible company. The internet cuts out constantly, and they offer you $2 off for the massive inconvenience, which, considering their already sky-high prices, is simply insulting. They also have shady policies that make customers pay to return their items. Never in my life have I had a worse experience with an internet provider: save yourself the headache.

The service is 30% higher cost than other provoders. When additional equipment is requested it is shop at the consummers expense and when equipment is returned, it is also at the consummers expense.

I used to recommend Execulink all the time, because I thought they were a good local-ish, alternative to the big monopolizing internet providers, but the internet quality has been BAD, for YEARS. I have placed countless call, and between them and Rogers who owns the line, they have never effectively solved the problem.
