I was forced to move to WiFi as Roger’s refused to connect one of my digital hard wire boxes saying it was outdated and not supported. I signed up to try Rogers. Price was good on a bring your device plan. About a month later i saw that they had certified used phones so decided to add to my plan.Not so fast, they could not honour the same plan that i just signed up for...it would go up $10 a month plus of course cost of the new phone. What a binch of misleading crooks. Going back to my old carrier. You should stay away as well.

I didn't have Comwave services, and Comwave-Rogers Communications has been taking money out of my bank account. When I contacted, the agent identified herself as Christa, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, she put me in touch with Christy. I questioned why ComWave was deducting funds from my bank account. Unauthorized Payments of CDN $124 from My Bank Account Without My Consent! I'm waiting for someone who is authorized to apologize for Comwave because Christy, the Customer Services Supervisor, stated that she is unable to remove those payments or reimburse me, and she does not have the ability of apologize from any wrong doings. Why Comwave is Charging Me and Taking Money from my Bank Account ?? Comwave was a reasonable choice until Rogers got involved. Since then, the service has been horrible. TV reception stopped for hours. Modems were repeatedly replaced to no avail. So we switched to rogers almost 8 years ago. We have 5 phones on our network, and have the 500MBPS download speed, we did a speedtest, and got 300MBPS. They basically scammed us, Don’t switch to rogers.
