Warning: Billing is required 1 month in advance + the monthly fee... (2 months total)... Be careful!! Before subscribing with PC Mobile, be aware that they bill you 1 month in advance and the remaining balance in your account is never refundable, so in my opinion, it's a scam... They should mention when opening the account that they take the cost of the plan plus 1 month upon registration. It's a shame, if I had known, I wouldn't have signed up... I'll know for next time. I strongly suggest Chatr or Public Mobile, a little more expensive but only $5 more per month, same plan, but they don't charge for 2 months when opening the account.

we were over charged

PC mobile over charged us, promised us a refund for the over charge. They lied and never refunded us for their over billing. There a terrible service and I would NEVER recommend them. Shannon

Anup was a tremendous help, showed the features of 2 phones, Samsung FE 25 and Pixel 10. Decided to go with Pixel 10. Great plan, saved over $30. per months & got a new phone & 200,000 PC points. AWESOME> Made me a great deal on a case and screen saver too. I have purchased over 10 phones from PC Mobile. I would not go anywhere else. Alex (District Manager) you should be proud of you staff, they represent you & the company extremely well. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer support and pricing not honest

Vinay cared until contract signed did not even show me all pagers the Roger’s sent me the full smt different then what I given. Did not sell me the phones I wanted

Did not sell me the phones I wanted insisted I buy iPhone sir said I only needed a phone either 1 camera. Could set up SIM claimed zi looked it Roger’s after being on hold set up in 5 minutes. siM was not locked as per Vinay accusation Roger’s told me it is pc mobile agent responsibility to tag data and sim to new uipgtated phone I was Roger’s customer already for 2 years Sorry for typos very upset That I got treated with such disrespect
