Ok service

Poor coverage specially when you travel within Quebec and Ontario. Even the service hub cities service breakdowns quite often. Sometimes I even face a difficulty placing a network call and the internet experience is not good either. I opted videotron for their 100+ countries with no extra roaming charges. The quality of the service. Plus a good package including a cell phone. 5G.

Very good service but the bill..

The big downside comes from their bill. Incomprehensible to a human. Lots of discounts that come and go over the months. You have to call to understand anything, especially if there are several services on the same bill like cell phone, internet etc. However, the service is impeccable and fast.

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO BE WITH

This company has no customer service there is noone to speak to when they screw up your plan so far in 2 days i have had 25 emails all saying the same crap (we understand your frustration) but yet nothing has been done and now im told could be 5 more days till they figure out what went wrong this was after i went to the bank to prove payment was made as they requested upon proof it is still going

No hotspot and terrible internet

Chatr doesn't support hotspot. You might get it working but I can't on my iPhone. I called support and they said they don't support it. The coverage is also terrible. I was on Fido before which is also Rogers. I never had the low bar problem and slow internet there like I do here. Literally go with anyone else.

Hello operator? Hello? Nobody home?

Absolutely no way to speak to a human and the web site is just a big loop that dose nothing. My mother’s phone was stolen and we can’t even get the phone shutdown and locked! Horribly frustrating! Horrible customer service! Buy a phone else where and sav yourself the later frustration.
