Terrible customer service. They protect your number and then you have to pay to unlock it. Worst company ever, I got ripped off. Their online access is awful. Don't fall for it. Never again.

Very sub par client service, that’s if you are able to get someone to answer you. Employees are less than knowledgeable and gave me attitude wh

I really appreciated Patrick's work, but he's now in sales and I have a bill to pay, but I don't know how to do it or how to track my data usage abroad. I get a text message asking me to pay, but they don't answer my questions! Quite disappointed :(

Customer service is not very good. They harass you about paying your bill if you pay by Interac. They call about 3-4 days after the billing date and roughly every week. The wait time on the phone is extremely long before you can speak to someone; the first time I waited 55 minutes. If you call, it's always at least 30 minutes.

Warning: Billing is required 1 month in advance + the monthly fee... (2 months total)... Be careful!! Before subscribing with PC Mobile, be aware that they bill you

As virgin plus uses bell and need to dona credit check this doesn't need a credit check. Easy to activate online or mobile rep. I recommend PC Mobile to anyone looking for aff
