They shifted from their long standing 365d expiry, no plan required pay as you go model to suddenly requiring everyone to get new sim card without timely communications. Didn't even have a basic, low cost plan that people could get to soften the blow of suddenly needing a plan.As much as that was an incredibly unfriendly move to do to their customer base, that isn't the worst.Now here we are in March, and they are suddenly zeroing people's balances -- mine included. No notice, just suddenly instead of nearly $100 remaining on my account [I had been with them a long time and it was a phone that I rarely used, so the balance kept growing each time I topped up to keep the funds from expiring]At this point, there is zero ability to reach them .. their phone line drops you as 'too busy' and I have heard nothing from the complaint form that I submitted. They also appear to be doing this regardless of when people topped up last .. I had topped up shortly before they came out with their new plan structure, and so not anywhere close to the new expiry date ; which given the T&C at the time of the top up gave all of the funds on my account the new expiry date. This sudden zeroing of funds is outright wrongI'm not giving them another red cent; and I encourage everyone to avoid them under this name, or any other name that they operate under.Given all of this, I'd love to give this provider all one stars across the board, but didn't as each star category had its own criteria. I did include the transition from one system to the new system as 'onboarding' when I rated that category

I've been calling the support line for a week now, and all I get is "high call vlumes, call back." Not even an option to wait. The reason I'm calling is the the website has been broken over the same period of time. The customer service is non existant. Hanging up on clients is rude. Now I need to go to the trouble of finding another carrier because my phone is out of commission. Thanks for nothing.
