Samsung positions the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra as the flagship version of its book-style foldable, centred on a larger format and a more capable camera system than the standard Fold 8. Opened up, it pairs an 8.0-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X main display with a 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate, 2,504 x 2,256 resolution and Vision Booster, while the 6.5-inch outer screen keeps the phone practical when closed. The chassis stays notably slim at 4.1 mm unfolded and 8.9 mm folded, with a 215 g weight that remains manageable for a device in this class. Performance is handled by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy, with 256 GB or 512 GB storage matched to 12 GB of RAM, and a 1 TB version paired with 16 GB. Samsung also equips it with a 200 MP main camera, a 50 MP ultra-wide and a 10 MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom, plus 10 MP cameras on the cover and main screens. A 5,000 mAh dual battery supports 45 W wired charging and 20 W wireless charging, and Samsung lists Dual SIM support through nanoSIM and eSIM. Extras such as IP48 water resistance, Gorilla Glass Ceramic 3 on the front, Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the back and an Armor FlexHinge round out a foldable designed for heavy multitasking and media use.
