Samsung takes a more compact approach with the Galaxy S25 without treating it like a cut-down flagship. Its 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display combines a sharp 2340 x 1080 resolution with a 120 Hz refresh rate, and the phone keeps a slim 7.2 mm profile while weighing 162 g, making it notably easy to handle for a premium device. The build uses an aluminum frame with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. Power comes from the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy with 12 GB of RAM, and storage is offered in 128 GB or 256 GB versions. On the back, the camera setup brings together a 50 MP wide camera, a 10 MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom and a 12 MP ultra-wide, while the 12 MP front camera supports autofocus. Video capture goes up to 8K at 30 fps, with 4K at 60 fps also supported. The 4000 mAh battery supports 25 W wired charging, wireless charging and reverse wireless charging. Connectivity includes 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, USB-C 3.2 and Samsung DeX, and Samsung also promises up to seven major Android upgrades with One UI 7.
