I signed up for a plan with automatic top up every month. Sounds simple, right? Not to PC Mobile. After a month, while on vacation, they turned off my phone and put my account on hold as there was no money in the account. So when I got back, I go and setup automatic top up again and still nothing works. Then they tell me on the phone I have to do manual top up to restart the account. This Mickey Mouse company is a joke.

Do not receive many text messages, any other pay as you go plan i have had in the past never had this issue, I will be switching to a new company asap as I pay for texting and calling but do not receive half the text people send... would not recommend this company it's cheap and gives you cheap services not worth it

Poor coverage specially when you travel within Quebec and Ontario. Even the service hub cities service breakdowns quite often. The big downside comes from their bill. Incomprehensible to a human. Lots of discounts that come and go over the months. You have to call to understand anything, especially if there are several services on the same bill like cell phone, internet etc. However, the service is impeccable and fast.
