With its flat 6.55 inch Fluid AMOLED display and slim glass-and-aluminum build, the OnePlus 8T takes a more straightforward approach than many flagship phones of its generation. The screen runs at 120 Hz with a 2400 x 1080 resolution, which helps scrolling, animation and gaming feel especially fluid, while the Snapdragon 865 and 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM keep everyday use fast and responsive. Storage comes in 128 GB or 256 GB configurations, and the phone launched with OxygenOS based on Android 11. Around back, the camera system combines a 48 MP main camera with optical and electronic stabilization, a 16 MP ultra wide camera, plus macro and monochrome lenses. It records up to 4K video at 60 fps, while the 16 MP front camera handles selfies and 1080p video. The 4,500 mAh battery is paired with Warp Charge 65 for notably quick top-ups, and the rest of the hardware stays practical with 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor and an Alert Slider. At 188 g and 8.4 mm thick, it remains substantial without feeling overly bulky.
