Moto Z: New & Refurbished Prices in Canada

Motorola

The Moto Z was Motorola's ultra thin flagship, built for people who wanted a premium Android phone that could expand with Moto Mods. Its 5.5 inch Quad HD AMOLED display, Snapdragon 820 chip, slim metal body and magnetic modular system gave it a distinctive identity, while a 13 MP stabilized camera and TurboPower charging rounded out the package.

Moto Z: Full Specifications

Motorola took a different approach with the Moto Z by combining flagship hardware with an unusually thin 5.19 mm aluminum body and a magnetic rear connector for Moto Mods accessories. At 136 g, it stays remarkably light for a 5.5 inch phone, yet it still delivers a sharp Quad HD AMOLED display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. Performance comes from the Snapdragon 820 platform with 4 GB of RAM, paired with 32 GB or 64 GB of storage and microSD expansion support. The main camera uses a 13 MP sensor with optical image stabilization, laser autofocus and dual LED flash, and it records up to 4K video, while the 5 MP front camera includes a wide angle lens and its own flash. A front fingerprint reader, USB C connectivity, NFC, ac Wi Fi and a water repellent coating round out the hardware. The Moto Z also stands out for dropping the traditional headphone jack in favour of USB C audio, with an adapter included. Depending on version and market, it uses a nano SIM and some models support dual SIM.
