Motorola positioned the Moto G (3rd Gen.) as a practical smartphone that keeps the essentials in focus without making the device feel bulky or overcomplicated. Its body measures 142.1 x 72.4 x 11.6 mm and weighs 155 g, with a textured polycarbonate finish and an IPX7 rating that adds meaningful protection against water exposure. Up front, the 5-inch IPS display uses a 720 x 1280 resolution at 294 ppi, a sensible fit for the phone’s size and class. The handset runs Android 5.1.1 and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 410 with a quad-core 1.2 GHz CPU and Adreno 306 graphics.
