Can't Make this Up...

Tried to pay my bill online but experienced issues every time. Finally called support...oh yea, online has been having issues for months now, we recommend downloading the app. Can't I just pay my bill through you? No sorry. Awesome. No hotspot and terrible internet

Chatr doesn't support hotspot. You might get it working but I can't on my iPhone. I called support and they said they don't support it. The coverage is also terrible. I was on Fido before which is also Rogers. I never had the low bar problem and slow internet there like I do here. Literally go with anyone else.

Hello operator? Hello? Nobody home?

Absolutely no way to speak to a human and the web site is just a big loop that dose nothing. My mother’s phone was stolen and we can’t even get the phone shutdown and locked! Horribly frustrating! Horrible customer service! Buy a phone else where and sav yourself the later frustration.
