Alcatel 1B: Full Specifications

Built as a straightforward Android Go handset, the Alcatel 1B focuses on essential everyday tasks in a compact body. It pairs a 5.5-inch HD+ IPS display in an 18:9 format with a quad-core Qualcomm QM215 chip, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage, with microSD support up to 128 GB for extra room. The phone runs Android 10 Go edition and includes Alcatel’s Smart Manager tools to help keep memory use and battery consumption under control during lighter day to day use. Its textured feather-pattern finish gives the plastic body a bit more character, while the dedicated Google Assistant button adds quick access to voice help and simple commands. On the camera side, it offers an 8 MP rear camera with autofocus, LED flash and 1080p video, plus a 5 MP front camera with LCD flash for selfies and video calls. A 3000 mAh battery, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and dual nano SIM support with a separate microSD slot round out the package. At 146.1 x 71.6 x 9.9 mm and 168 g, it remains easy to carry and simple to use.

  • Improved specs: The 1B is better than the Alcatel 1 in every way. If you come across both models at similar price points, you should definitely lean towards the 1B.
