The speed has become very slow over the past few months, yet when I do the speed test, it gives me the speed equivalent to that of my package, I have just replaced my router with the new generation, but no improvement, bank and credit union sites take a while to open and sometimes I get an error message, I am looking to change supplier, too slow and old technology.

We've never had such a bad network since we've lived in Stoneham. Poor internet network, poor technical service. I do not recommend this company.
