I like that the plans are becoming more standardized, meaning I don't have to deal with price increases since the price stays the same. There are sometimes brief, one-minute connectivity drops at night (I imagine for network updates). The speed promised in my plan is achieved and stable. Note: EBOX offers several types of connectivity. I recommend fiber to the home (FTTH).

Used eBox for about 2.5 years. Honestly, pretty solid overall — reliable connection, competitive pricing, and customer support that actually picks up and helps when something goes wrong.
