It's off to a bad start... I took out an eBox subscription this morning and I just received the contract by email. They wrote the contract for another person who has the same name as me, but who lives in a completely different city! (?!?)

The problem with Ebox is that when you need support, the people who answer you lack knowledge or training. Otherwise, if you know how to manage very well on your own, it's a very good choice. Otherwise, it's unfortunately a pain

Internet works but I am still waiting for the signup promo to be added to my account over 30 days later. I have already paid 2 months on normal price + the pro-rated price. Each time I reach out, they keep saying my ticket is in progress.... the customer reps have no power to do anything. They are just outsourced cheap workers. It's incredible how Bell managed to transform E-Box, a dynamic and well-liked company, into a sclerotic, unpleasant Bell branch with billing methods that were at best cumbersome and at worst fraudulent. The cat-and-mouse game was imported from Bell: if a customer is loyal to E-Box and doesn't complain, they get ripped off. The rates charged to former customers are higher than the advertised rates! A great way to reward your best customers.

2022 - This is the date to remember. EBox is now a BELL service just like Virgin Mobile, the quality of customer service and mediocrity of customer service is now the norm. As for the internet network, it's okay, but impossible to get answers when you call customer service or try to downgrade services. DO NOT TOUCH THAT!!!!
